Cancellation Policy
【Cancellation Policy】 A 72-hour notice is required for cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours' notice will incur a charge of 50% of the fee. Those made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 100% charge. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 【Adapting to Weather】 In the event of light rain, the mounted archery experience will proceed as planned. However, for the comfort and safety of participants, should severe weather conditions prevent outdoor activities, we will offer an alternative program indoors. This alternative includes a session with a wooden horse and traditional bow, without the involvement of live horses.
